Programme Overview
One of the hardest things to do, whilst not impossible, is to change your mindset. Children have a unique opportunity to build a mindset that doesn't need changing. Throughout this 12-week programme, we use stories and terms that kids can engage with and understand, to empower each child to make the best choices in life and understand and be themselves. The course is online and self-paced with the opportunity to join fortnightly online group calls to help guide children and parents through the lessons if they wish.
