Baby Massage Course
What is a Baby Massage?
The IAIM baby massage course has been designed from many years of research across cultures including Swedish, Indian and African traditions, and includes a series of gentle rhythmic stroking techniques incorporating yoga and reflexology principles.
There are four main areas of benefit to baby massage, which in turn positively improves many other symptoms:

Stimulation of blood circulation, digestion, respiration, nervous system and stimulation of language through touch

Relaxation techniques to release stress, stimulating calming hormones, and improving sleep patterns

Relief of: sinuses, growing pains, teething, colic, constipation, and excess mucus

Interaction including communication, bonding therapy, identifying your baby's cues and improving one to one activity with your baby.

"The purpose of the International Association of Infant Massage is to promote nurturing touch and communication through training, education and research, so parents, caregivers and children are loved, valued and respected throughout the world community"
